Club Rules and Fees

• Reservations can be made from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. by phone or in person.

• Reservations can be made for the following day from 12:00 PM the day before until 11:00 AM the next day.

• Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If no one answers the phone, leave a message with your name, arrival time, the time you want to play, and whether you want to play singles or doubles.

• The reservation will be confirmed no later than 10:15 AM.

• Reservations are valid for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If the player is not there, the court will be forfeited.

• After 8:00 AM, families can reserve up to 2 hours of court time. Adults can reserve 1 hour and juniors can reserve 1 hour.

• Juniors are considered to be under the age of 18.

• Singles players are not allowed to use the court for more than 1 hour.

• Doubles players are not allowed to use the court for more than 2 hours.

• If players are running over their time limit, they can continue playing if the court is not reserved for another time.

• After 5:00 PM, courts are only available for adults. Juniors can play if an adult accompanies them.

• Only 2 hours of court time can be reserved from Monday to Thursday during the 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM time slots. Reservations for other hours or after 9:00 AM are subject to availability.

• Reservations must be canceled before 4:00 PM on the day of the reservation.

• Players must wear appropriate tennis shoes. Men are not allowed to wear tank tops.

• Players must wear shirts at all times.

• Squeegees must be returned to the court after use.

• Food, drinks, and cigarettes are not allowed on the courts.

• The club does not allow animals, bicycles, skateboards, or scooters.

• Only players are allowed on the courts.

• Only 6 balls are allowed on the court at all times.

• The use of ball hoppers is limited and must be approved by the Pro Shop staff.

• Youth should be supervised at all times.

• The ball bopper must be requested in writing from the Pro and approved. Only allowed on the courts and in the pool area.

• Unsportsmanlike conduct, the use of vulgar language, and inappropriate shouting will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in the expulsion of the offender.

• Improper conduct and disrespectful acts towards the staff are not permitted. In case of any disagreement with any member of the staff, you must report it in writing to the Pro.

• Improper conduct in the pool area, on the courts, or in any of the facilities is not permitted.

• All trash must be removed from the court and deposited in the trash can.

The Board of Directors may suspend or cancel the right to use the facilities in the event of a violation of the Club's rules. At the time of the alleged violation, the Pro will notify you in writing and file a report for their review. If further violations occur, the Pro will report the serious abuse incidents to the Board of Directors.

The Board will investigate and interview the person involved before making a decision, which may include a warning, suspension, or revocation of the right to use the facilities (not necessarily in the order specified).
